ATE is a platform made for content creators to help them track their campaigns (aka brand deals) and create invoices. It’s built to be super simple, so no complicated business & accounting terms. We want content creators to focus on creating, not admin work.

Campaigns, also known as brand deals, are when a brand/agency works with a content creator or influencer to promote its goods and services. In exchange, content creators receive compensation, in the form of money, free products and/or credits.

ATE helps you keep track of all your campaigns easily.

Deliverables are what the content creators agrees to create for the brand/agency. This could be a Instagram Reel, TikTok, YouTube video etc…

ATE helps you keep track of all types of deliverables to ensure you don’t miss your most important deadlines like submitting them for approval and when to go live.

Clients are typically the party that you directly engage with for the campaign. This could be the brand themself, or it could be a PR agency that represents the brand. Content creators typically send an invoice to the client after completing all deliverables.

Invoices are what content creators send to clients to collect payment for the campaign. Not all campaigns require an invoice as they may involve non-monetary forms of compensation such as free products/services and credits.

ATE makes it super easy to generate personalized invoices. You can change templates, fonts, colors and upload your own logo.

Yes you can! Are you currently using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or something similar to track your things? If you get the Pro plan, our team will help you import any existing campaigns, deliverables, clients and invoices.

ATE is committed to supporting smaller and growing creators. That’s why we have a generous free plan that allows you to experience most of the features that we offer.

The biggest difference between both plans is the number of invoices you can download. Under the Free plan, you can only download 3 invoices per month. Once you start making more money, you can upgrade to the Pro plan where there is no limit to the number of invoices you can download. You can even personalize your invoices and add your own logo!
